In case you missed it, I interviewed Kevin Cavenaugh from Guerrilla Development a couple months ago about his almost-completed Fair-Hair Dumbbell project.

With that behind him, he’s been a busy guy.

The proof? His newest development in Portland, Tree Farm, might even be more stunning. At least the renderings are. From the website:

The design of the Tree Farm, with 72 trees hanging off the side of the building, will be eye-catching and stand out among a field of traditional commercial Industrial East Side warehouses. The six-story building will house ground floor retail and five floors of office.

Eye-catching is an understatement.

I work down the street from its location (SE 3rd and Morrison) in Portland’s Central Eastside. I’ll be watching this one closely (and posting).

Want to see the pro-forma for this project? Go here. (Cavenaugh always posts these —awesome and transparent at the same time.)
